Q: Are there free trials for the classes?
A: Each individual is entitled to one free/reduced price trial session depending on the programme you are interested in.

Q: I have previous experience in Taekwondo and was holding a colored belt, can I continue from where I stopped?
A: Zen Academy Taekwondo is an affiliate of Singapore Taekwondo Federation, the governing body of Taekwondo in Singapore, student will be able to continue training at the same belt if they are able to provide the Singapore Taekwondo Federation grading document (grading card or dan cert).
If the student trains under a different affiliate then transferal will be based on a case by case scenario, please contact us at 88150168 for more information.
Q: Are there shower facilities?
A: Yes! Our gym is equipped with locker, changing room and shower facilities, perfect for the lunch crowd looking to burn some calories between work time.
Q: Are there age restriction for the different program?
A: Below are the age group for the different program
Taekwondo: Minimum 4 years old (Members will be segregated into different classes based on age and experience)
Krav Maga and Muay Thai: Minimum 15 years old
Q: What are the Gym Operating Hours?
A: Zen Academy operating hours are Tuesday to Sunday, for more information please refer to the class schedule HERE
Q: What are the costs for the classes?
A: We have different packages for each program and promotion for different groups of members, please contact us at 88150168 with your interest so we can advise a suitable class for you.
Q: Can I participate in class if I have an existing injury?
A: Our Chief Coach Master Brian Peh is trained in Martial Art and sport injuries therapy, he will be able to advise students accordingly depending on the extent of the injury.
